Common questions

How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I invite a recruiter?
Go to Settings → Recruiters → Invite. Enter their email and assign a role (Admin or Recruiter).
How do I set up my careers page?
Settings → Branding. Upload your logo, set colors, and your careers page is live at your tenant URL immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancel anytime — takes effect at end of billing period.
What are your support hours?
Email support: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET. Professional and Enterprise plans receive priority response within 24 hours.
