We started Kixlogic as a practical ATS for small and mid-sized businesses. Over the past year, one pattern kept emerging from our customers: the organizations that got the most value were in life sciences — biotech, pharma, medical device, clinical research, and regulatory affairs.

What’s next

We’re working on Stage 3: workforce planning — merit cycles, headcount forecasting, and retention risk signals. The goal is to give life sciences hiring managers the same kind of data advantage that Bloomberg gives financial analysts.
